Traveling While Traveling

After getting a lot of positive feedback on my first playlist ‘Traveling without Traveling’ (linked here), people started asking when the next one was going to drop.

So here it is… ‘Traveling while Traveling’

This time I have infused the playlist with more of my Indian Heritage. It starts off with a dub/habibi funk vibe, then it picks up with more afrobeat, switches to Indian music, turns into jungle, and smooths out towards the end. And it wouldn’t be a DJ KP playlist if I didn’t throw in some surprise heaters.

As I was organizing this playlist I started to reflect... This year has been good for me. I have been dj’ing more, my new day job is going well, and my health is improving. I feel like I am manifesting my goals and dreams…

To that point, I really want to DJ on the rooftop patio at Monkey Loft, so I have been putting that energy out there. I think the process is starting to work. Just this past weekend, I ran into two separate homies who said they could make that happen for me.

In a perfect world, the weather on the patio would be crispy, the hype squad we be in town, and I would Dj a set with a lot of songs from this playlist..
